Thank you for using OnePlayer.

"OnePlayer" (hereinafter referred to as "we") understands the importance of personal privacy, and we are committed to protecting the personal information and privacy of all users (hereinafter referred to as "users" or "you") who use our products and services.

1. What Information We Collect and How We Use It

We do not collect any personally identifiable information.

OnePlayer is an offline music player with no account system. The app does not rely on network access during use, and therefore we do not collect any personal identity information.

We may collect the following data, which is not associated with your identity:

To provide better service and understand the app's stability and usage, we may collect the following data:

  • Crash data: App crash data is automatically recorded and uploaded. This data only contains code-level runtime information.

  • Log information: Logs consist of two parts. The first part is usage logs stored locally on your device — these are not automatically uploaded. If you encounter a bug, you can choose to manually upload logs to help us diagnose the issue. The second part is anonymous usage analytics for key features, helping us understand how features are used so we can improve the experience.

The above data may include device information (such as device model, operating system version, client version, device resolution, etc.) but is never associated with your personal identity — and we do not collect any identity information in the first place.

2. App Permissions

  • Photo Library access: When you edit song or playlist cover art and need to select an image from your photo library, we will request this permission.
